Need help with Insulin Pal? Write to [email protected]. If you can, send it from the email address you sign in with and tell us which iPhone and iOS version you use. We usually reply within two working days. The answers below cover the most common questions.
Insulin Pal cannot help with medical questions or dosing decisions. For those, please talk to your care team. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Codes usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the email address is typed correctly. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, request a new code in the app.
Moving to a new iPhone
Install Insulin Pal on the new iPhone and sign in with the same account (the same email address, Apple or Google). Your dose history and settings sync automatically, and your subscription follows your account.
Cancelling or changing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Insulin Pal. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Exporting your doses
You can export your full dose history as a CSV file from the app's Settings at any time, for example to share with your care team.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app's Settings. This permanently removes your account, dose history and settings from our servers. Export your doses first if you want to keep them. If you have an active subscription, cancel it with Apple as well.
